Overview
Treatment Coordinator position in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA with Portland Braces & The Modern Orthodontist. We are part of Corus Orthodontists, a growing network of over 50 practices across North America, focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and helping patients achieve their dream smiles.
Responsibilities
Creating exceptional first impressions by welcoming new patients with warmth and enthusiasm
Patient education and treatment planning — work alongside the orthodontist to present treatment options and help patients understand their care journey
Build patient relationships — review health histories, understand treatment goals, and serve as a liaison between patients, doctors, and referring dentists
Practice growth — follow up with potential patients, track conversion metrics, and contribute to practice development
Professional communication — generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records
Qualifications
1+ years of dental or orthodontic office experience preferred
Professional sales experience considered an asset
Treatment Coordinator experience a plus
Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements
Certified Dental Assistant certification an asset
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
