Deliver quality care in every patient interaction and enjoy ongoing opportunities for growth, including $500 in annual learning assistance for team members working 20+ hours per week. Compensation & Perks That Count:
Team members working 20+ hours per week have access to a competitive total rewards package including health, dental, and vision insurance, health spending account, 401(k) with employer matching, and an employee assistance program. Complimentary orthodontic treatment for you and your immediate family and a uniform allowance.$24.00 to $27.00 per hour. Work-Life Balance:
Tuesday through Thursday. Our typical schedule- 2 days in Portland and 1 day in Vancouver. 18-27 hours/week. Travel pay is available as an option. Full time hours may be available with an increase of responsibilities. How You'll Make an Impact
Build a solid relationship with patients, family members, and co-workers to ensure the targeted outcome is achieved. Always demonstrate interests in patients, engage them in conversation, and do anything necessary to ensure that patients, parents, and families have a positive and unique experience. Assist the Treatment Coordinator/clinic assistants in taking and updating records (pano, ceph, photos, digital scan) on new and current patients. Work with TC to create a seamless new patient experience Enter relevant patient information into the computer and file all incoming correspondence and x-rays once they have been scanned. Manage active patient files and archive files for patients who are no longer in treatment. Submit digial scans and prescriptions to outside labs for application fabrication. Assist with making retainers. Educate patients on oral hygiene motivating them to follow care protocols. Sterilize instruments and disinfect treatment areas and equipment. Assist with cleaning and organizing tasks in the clinic and around the office to maintain a presentable and safe work environment. Assist in onboarding patients with our remote monitoring system. Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice. The Teammate We're Looking For
Dental or Ortho office experience considered an asset. Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset. Good with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly. Certified Dental Assistant an asset. Growth minded individual who is excited to be part of the life changing field of orthodontics.
