# # # To learn more about our website privacy policy, click on this .Location: This is a full-time position (40-hours/week) working Monday-Friday **on-site** at 4101 Percival Rd **Columbia SC,** in an office environment.* Coordinates M&A activity across all lines of business. Responsibilities include target and market research, due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, agreement negotiation, development of BCBSSC management review materials, and deal closing.* With the AVP, manages strategic investment and M&A opportunity project flow.* Assists with the integration of acquisitions into our corporate structure.* Coordinates with BCBSSC management personnel across various lines of business to perform special projects as requested of the AVP.* Responsible for Foundation and Alpine financial reporting and audited statements.* Manages special projects team within Corporate Finance to support both finance and accounting functions.* Prepares goodwill impairment analysis for acquired entities.* Required Education: Bachelors in a job-related field.* Required Work Experience: 10+ years of progressively responsible financial or other job-related experience in the health insurance/health benefit industry, or comparably complex environment including 3 years of supervisory/management experience OR 3 years of equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above.* Subsidized health plans, dental and vision coverage* 401k retirement savings plan with company match* Life Insurance · Paid Time Off (PTO)* On-site cafeterias and fitness centers in major locations* Education Assistance* Service Recognition* National discounts to movies, theaters, zoos, theme parks and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
