Clinical care Maintain an active patient panel; deliver longitudinal care across obesity medicine (GLP-1s/adjuncts), women’s HRT (peri-/post-menopause), men’s TRT, cardiometabolic prevention, sleep, bone, and performance domains. Apply and document care consistent with Thrive guidelines built on top of US National Guidelines, and expert-opinion(clinical advisor) standards. Clinical leadership & quality
Co-author with the CMO: clinical guidelines, order sets, exclusion criteria, titration/monitoring schedules, and escalation algorithms for GLP-1s, HRT (E2/P4/T), TRT, and Healthspan care. Lead QA/QI via chart audits, peer review, pharmacovigilance workflows; partner with the medical team to maintain high standards. Operations & compliance
Ensure scope-of-practice alignment. Collaborate with clinical ops on templates, access LSAs/SLAs, prescription fulfillment, and lab/imaging partnerships. Product & data
Partner with product/engineering to improve EMR and Member application. Define clinical metrics (safety, efficacy, adherence, PROs). What makes you a fit
MD/DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Endocrinology welcome). Preferred: demonstrable expertise in female hormones; experience with TRT, GLP-1, and FDA-approved peptides. >2 years post-residency clinical experience (longevity/optimization, cardiometabolic, or women’s health strongly preferred). Comfort balancing RCT-grade evidence with pragmatic, safety-first longevity care; strong clinical writing. Licensure: multi-state licensure (10+ states preferred); active DEA preferred. Strong applicants can be licensed after hire. Prior experience supervising APPs. Telehealth experience required. Nice-to-haves
Compounding oversight; branded GLP-1 navigation; EMR content authoring; LLM-assisted documentation or decision support. Competitive salary; equity participation; health/dental/vision; malpractice (claims-made + tail or occurrence). Final offer based on experience and scope. NC Triangle
