We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Medical Director to oversee clinical operations of our Longevity Medicine services. Serving as an adjunct to the Medical Director, this role provides strategic and real-time support across clinical care and provider operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, leadership experience, and a proven ability to collaborate across functions to enhance patient care and drive operational excellence. This position requires a strategic leader who can bridge clinical expertise with operational and administrative aspects to ensure seamless care delivery, while working closely with other departmental teams to enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership across Longevity Medicine, including cardiometabolic health, hormone therapy, peptides, and lifestyle medicine; oversee and direct clinical care to ensure best practices and patient safety; lead the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care with adherence to clinical guidelines; serve as a resource for clinical staff in diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care; provide direct clinical care when needed to ensure continuity of care. Team Management

Manage and mentor clinical teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals; foster collaboration, professional development, and continuous learning. Collaborate with Quality Assurance Manager, Clinical Operations Manager, and Lead to support operations. Operational Oversight

Oversee daily clinical telehealth operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with medical standards; integrate clinical workflows with scheduling, patient communication, and follow-up care; act as administrative delegate to the Medical Director for signing prescriptions and state licensing responsibilities; work with senior leadership to improve clinical operational efficiency and address challenges. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

Work with insurance reimbursement, health coaches, customer service, and administrative teams to enhance patient care and experience; liaise with Engineering and Product teams to improve telehealth functionality and workflow; contribute to organization-wide strategies for patient education, wellness programs, and clinical protocols. Insurance & Reimbursement

Coordinate with the insurance reimbursement team to ensure coverage and compliance; stay current on reimbursement trends and align clinical procedures accordingly. EHR Management

Guide the clinical team in effective EHR use; ensure documentation accuracy, streamlined workflows, and regulatory adherence. Patient-Centered Care

Promote patient engagement with health coaches and customer service to deliver holistic, personalized care; monitor patient satisfaction and seek continuous improvement. Education & Development

Stay current with Longevity Medicine, HRT, Peptides, Cardiometabolic Health; lead clinical training and continuing education for the team; develop training programs for providers to align with Lifeforce protocols. Qualifications

Education: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Requirements

Board certification in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Family Medicine, or related specialties Experience in a remote clinical setting with health coaching and lifestyle interventions Highly Preferred: Multi-state licensure (10+ states) with active DEA; supports expansion and nationwide care delivery Experience

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Longevity Medicine, HRT, Testosterone Optimization, Peptides, Lifestyle Medicine, and Cardiometabolic Health At least 3 years of leadership experience managing clinical teams and telehealth operations Experience with insurance reimbursement, EHR systems, and integrating clinical practice with administrative operations Experience in functional or integrative medicine preferred; experience collaborating with pharmacy operations preferred Skills

Strong clinical expertise in Longevity Medicine, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Peptides, and Cardiometabolic Health Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Understanding of insurance processes and reimbursement models Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patient-centric with education and holistic care focus Proficiency with EHR and clinical management software What We Offer
