JOB SUMMARY

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Supports Community Solutions Team. This position is responsible for gathering specific data and reporting of pricing and promotional offers to maximize revenue and to better assist management achieve business goals such as market share and EBITDA maximization. Assist in the development of a framework that effectively measures offer and pricing performance across customer segments, markets, and products. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Streamline Offer processes through automation. Work with cross-functional analytics teams for competitive information and reporting. Maintain standard price lists and promotional pricing by product, market, and customer segment. Collect, review, and interpret competitive intelligence reports and market data to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and opportunities. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to understand market performance and opportunities across services and segments. Prepare financial models to analyze and assist in the recommendation of pricing and offer changes. Track results and report on key financial metrics related to market pricing and offer strategies. Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions. Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis. Measure results and collaborate to develop projections based on market analytics. Support the evaluation of pricing and offer approaches and elasticity models. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Responsible for ad hoc information and reporting requests from the supervisor. Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to analyze and interpret information. Ability to integrate information from multiple sources. Ability to write data queries utilizing multiple tools to perform data analyses. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively. Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations. Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, Salesforce etc. Demonstrated knowledge of SQL REQUIRED EDUCATION

BS/BA in Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience WORKING CONDITIONS
