15+ years of progressive facilities management experience, ideally within higher education. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business, architecture, or related field (or equivalent career experience). Expertise in fiscal management, budget oversight, and strategic planning. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of building inclusive and collaborative teams. Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for maintenance, custodial, grounds, residential, and fleet operations. Oversee a team of approximately 350 employees, including directors and union staff, ensuring high-quality service and continuous improvement. Lead initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency, implement best practices, and deliver reliable campus operations. Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and professional growth for all staff members. Benefits
