Reconciliation of inventory Holding staff accountable for our standards. Ensuring guests are having a great experience. Maintenance of the POS System Identify and delegate responsibilities to staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved. Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the restaurant. Follow the restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security. Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift meetings Skills

Able to learn and use POS System (Aloha POS) Able to lift a minimum of 10-25 lbs. Complete training in all areas of the restaurant Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities Able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to grow your wine knowledge! Requirements

Serve Safe or Local DOH Certification Required Managing a team of 12 employees Reports

Reports directly to Vice President of Operations
