As a Scrum Master, you will execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle for a federal law enforcement customer. You will guide teams in the Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate product team\'s progress toward team goals, and promote Agile quality practices. Your role is critical in building high-performing teams and supporting the SAFe across multiple enterprise applications. Requirements
U.S. Citizenship is required Must possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph. This position is onsite 5/days a week in Chantilly, VA Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile environments Advanced Scrum certifications (CSP, SAFe SPC, etc.) Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Experience with SAFe Agile framework Experience mitigating SAFe adoption resistance Demonstrated success in building high-performing Agile teams Experience with Inspect and Adapt practices to drive continuous improvement Required Technical Skills

Execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle Guide teams in the Agile methodology and support team rules Facilitate product team\'s progress toward team goals Lead, facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, and promote Agile quality practices Build high-performing teams and coordinate with other teams Support ROM and level of estimate activities Provide teams with feedback and means of improvement Lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation Facilitate team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations Advise government personnel on incremental changes for continuous improvement Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities Support coordination between development teams and infrastructure teams Track and report team metrics and velocity Identify and help resolve impediments to team progress Compensation and Benefits
