Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
with expertise in
Recruitment ,
Talent Management , and
Benefits
to join our team. You’ll play a key role in designing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions that support the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to performance and total rewards. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build scalable configurations, and ensure successful implementation across critical HCM modules—all while aligning with industry best practices and compliance standards. What You’ll Be Doing
Design, configure, and personalize Oracle Cloud HCM modules in
Recruitment ,
Talent Management , and
Benefits Develop and optimize recruitment workflows, candidate selection processes, and job requisition structures Configure Benefits modules including plan design, eligibility rules, enrollment options, and contribution structures Align Oracle Talent Management Cloud with performance plans, talent reviews, and employee development strategies Customize Oracle HCM to support specific organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Support system testing, UAT, and issue resolution Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery Provide documentation, test scripts, and user training materials What You’ll Bring to the Table
5+ years of hands-on experience with
Oracle Cloud HCM , including Recruitment, Talent Management, and Benefits Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, talent strategy, and total rewards administration Experience designing performance management frameworks and configuring goal/competency models Strong knowledge of Oracle Benefits Cloud configuration and compliance standards Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field Oracle HCM Cloud or Taleo certification is a plus Willingness to travel during key phases of project delivery Iteria.us offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and an employee-centric culture.
