Overview
A high-growth startup family office is seeking a Tax Manager to lead its tax compliance and planning function. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers direct exposure to complex high-net-worth, trust, partnership, and private entity tax matters, along with the opportunity to shape tax strategy and work closely with senior leadership. This is a strong opportunity for a high-potential senior tax professional to grow into an equity partner in the long run. Responsibilities
Lead tax compliance and tax planning initiatives for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, and private entities. Shape tax strategy and collaborate with senior leadership, including the CFO. Provide guidance on complex tax matters and ensure regulatory compliance. Partner with other tax and finance functions to support business objectives. Qualifications
Master's in Taxation or Accountancy; Bachelor's in Accounting preferred CPA required 5+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally in public accounting, family office, or private equity Strong technical knowledge of high-net-worth individual, trust, estate, partnership, and gift taxation What’s in it for you
