Timeline Design+Build is seeking a visionary Lead Architect to guide the design and execution of high-end custom residential projects. This role requires both creativity and precision - you'll be responsible for translating client visions into timeless architectural solutions while ensuring designs meet the highest standards of functionality, sustainability, and beauty. From initial concept to project completion, the Lead Architect will collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal design-build teams to deliver homes that define excellence. Who We Are

Design Leadership

Develop and present innovative architectural concepts aligned with client needs and regulatory standards. Lead design reviews and provide expert guidance to architects and designers.

Project Management

Direct all phases of project development, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources for timely and cost-effective delivery.

Client Engagement

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients by understanding their vision and goals. Clearly communicate design concepts, progress, and modifications throughout each project.

Technical Expertise

Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, local building codes, and sustainability requirements. Utilize Revit, Co-Construct, and Microsoft Teams for design documentation and project management.

Team Collaboration

Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative, creative, and solutions-driven environment. Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers as well as internal design-build teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Sustainability and Innovation

Incorporate sustainable design principles and emerging technologies into projects. Stay ahead of industry trends to bring innovative, forward-thinking solutions to our clients.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Experience: Minimum of 6 years in architectural design and project management. Licensure: Licensed Architect with valid registration. Skills:

Proficiency in Revit. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods. Lift up to 20 lbs as needed. Navigate stairs and active construction sites. Ability to distinguish colors for design specifications. Personal Attributes
