is seeking an additional Fellowship trained & Board-Certified
Vascular Neurologist
to join its expanding Stroke and Vascular Neurology Division.
Ten primary stroke faculty, nine secondary stroke faculty and six nurse practitioners
Vibrant research environment with over 20+M NIH research funding in the last 5 years
Active clinical practice at 957-bed Duke University Hospital with 6 stroke subspeciality clinic
JCAHO certified Comprehensive Stroke Center & the Center of excellence in Cavernous Malformation
Unique multidisciplinary eye stroke program, both inpatient and outpatient
Regional coordinator Centers for the StrokeNet and one of Six Sites for Stroke Preclinical Assessment Network (SPAN)
Growing telestroke network with 10 sites in NC and VA
Excellent opportunity to develop & advance an education, clinical and translational research career
Those with at least 2 years' clinical experience and/or defined research interest are
preferred
