Overview
Napa County is entering a period of major change as California implements the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA), reshaping how counties plan, deliver, and report behavioral health services. We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Project Manager (Extra Help) to support this transformation. The Project Manager (Extra Help) position is responsible for managing special and major projects within HHSA. Positions in this class lead the administration of project activities to ensure projects meet identified objectives, working collaboratively with Agency and County managers in planning and delivery. Incumbents exercise independent judgment in coordinating priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring project success.
