An ideal candidate will have a blend of account management, client engagement, and delivery-focused responsibilities, including: Manage and grow relationships with assigned accounts, including executive-level stakeholders Identify opportunities to expand the project portfolio within existing accounts Work with clients on project delivery tasks such as requirement gathering, project planning, and business analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and position IT services solutions Engage in account mining to grow revenue within assigned accounts and hunt for new business when appropriate Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery models and ensure successful project execution Qualifications
An ideal candidate should have below skills: 6-8 years of experience in Account Management 2-4 years of prior experience in management/business/IT consulting (client facing preferred) focused on project delivery tasks Good to have: 4+ years of Sales / PreSales / Business Development experience in enterprise-level sales or high-ticket IT consulting with solution-building capabilities Experience working with CxO level Account Mining:
Experience growing the existing revenue base and hunting for new business within the assigned account Build and manage executive-level client and stakeholder relationships; expand project portfolio beyond current opportunities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative mindset with structured thinking Excellent verbal and written communication; self-starter with minimal oversight Willingness to work in a business/IT hybrid role with onshore/offshore model MBA preferred; at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university Domain expertise and project management experience a plus but not mandatory Willingness to travel, if needed Must Have Skills
Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to customers and internal stakeholders Conceptual understanding of enterprise technologies (ERP, Digital, Infrastructure) and latest technology trends Understanding of broad business processes (supply chain, HR, finance, manufacturing) Experience working with director/leadership level customers Expertise in IT Services engagement models Team player with onsite-offshore experience Self-starter with minimal oversight Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business from an accredited university Job Location
