Back-up support for teleradiology, currently a one-in-five rotation. The Providence VA is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist (DR/IR). Faculty appointment at Brown University School of Medicine Imaging interpretation:

Interpret Radiography, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine studies Procedures:

Perform basic and advanced image-guided procedures during weekday hours - no nights, weekends, or holidays Qualifications

Board status:

Board-eligible or board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology and current with MOC Certification:

ACGME DR/IR certified or IR fellowship-trained diagnostic and interventional radiologist Requirements:

United States Citizenship preferred; however non-citizens may apply when recruitment of qualified citizens is not possible Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or DO from an appropriately accredited school Licenses:

Current, full, unrestricted medical license in a U.S. state or equivalent Residency:

Residency training approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in an accredited core specialty leading to board eligibility Language:
