Lead the design and development of full stack solutions
using .NET and Cloud technologies . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical leadership and support. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation Qualifications
7+ years of experience designing and developing complex applications Proficiency in C# .NET API design
and development Experience in designing and building solutions using Azure cloud services Experience with cloud-first architectures and related Azure services, e.g. Container Apps, API Management / App Gateway, Key Vault, App Services, Logic Apps, SQL MI Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code patterns and related technologies e.g. Bicep, ARM, Terraform Familiarity with modern cloud- patterns principles, e.g. Twelve-Factor Apps, Service Oriented Architectures / microservices / REST, DevOps, Continuous Deployment, and Site Reliability Engineering Experience designing and developing full-stack business critical enterprise systems Experience as a technical leader; leading and mentoring a team of engineers Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience working on agile teams and release trains, and knowledge of SAFe Experience in Angular and SQL is a plus Property Casualty Insurance experience is a plus
