The Opportunity The Adobe Digital Strategy and Growth team is seeking a passionate, data-driven Sr. Growth Product Manager - Mobile to join our high-performance team. Grounded in data and focused on high-velocity experimentation, we aim to deliver impactful growth strategies for our mobile products. As a Sr. Growth Product Manager, you will lead efforts to drive monthly active users and revenue through rigorous A/B testing and continuous optimization. You will shape growth initiatives by translating insights from user journeys into a clear roadmap, prioritize and implement mobile-optimization and pricing/offering experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable uplifts in conversion and revenue. What You’ll Do
Experimentation & Optimization: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across mobile funnels, from hypothesis development to implementation. Prioritize experiments based on impact, complexity, and strategic alignment. Collaborate with Data Science to analyze test results and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize product features, user interfaces, and campaigns. Apply quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously iterate and improve user conversion rates and overall growth. Growth Strategy Development: Define and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, monetization, and retention. Translate insights into a mobile-optimization roadmap, prioritizing tests that enhance customer journey touchpoints. Lead offer and price testing, defining strategies and revenue-driving price points to increase growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Finance to translate findings into product enhancements and ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives. Foster strong relationships across teams to align on growth priorities and execution of mobile optimization experiments. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as conversion rates, churn, and revenue to assess impact. Maintain rigorous documentation of test plans, results, and action items for clarity and transparency in experimentation. Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on growth performance and opportunities. Thought Leadership & Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for mobile growth initiatives, providing execution strategies to guide the team’s efforts. Experience in mobile app growth and monetization, including in-app purchases and subscriptions, with focus on acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Organizational Excellence & Prioritization:
Manage multiple high-priority projects; prioritize to achieve short-term and long-term goals with attention to impact. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent preferred. Compensation & Notices Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The recruiter can share specifics for your location during hiring. Non-sales roles start with base salary and may include short-term incentives; sales roles may include total target compensation (base + commission) and short-term incentives. Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of equity awards.
