Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Master our science + business tools (antibody discovery, humanized models, preclinical pharmacology). Find leads & build relationships with pharma, biotech, and academic stakeholders. Be the bridge between clients and scientists, translating complex science into solutions. Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (30–40% travel). Prepare proposals, manage timelines, and close deals. Collaborate with marketing to boost brand awareness. Qualifications
Ph.D. in pharmacology, immunology, oncology, molecular/cell biology, cancer biology, or related. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Must live in the San Francisco area with a car. Outgoing, sales-minded, and business-savvy personality. Excited to network with top scientists & executives. Prior business development experience? Not required. We train you. However, you must have business acumen. Location and travel
