Centura Wealth Advisory is seeking a Wealth Advisor, Investments to provide expertise on investment management services for new and existing clients while maintaining relationships with personally sourced and established clients. The Investment Specialist focuses on client satisfaction by achieving financial goals through optimized investment portfolio outcomes, thereby growing AUM and winning new mandates.

Responsibilities
Act as the Consulting team subject matter expert on client investments, public markets, and internal portfolio holdings to maintain and grow AUM.
Contribute to team Assets Under Management (AUM) goals through data-backed investment recommendations to existing clients and new opportunities.
Own and manage a personal, loyal client base.
Analyze current and prospective clients’ investment portfolios, identify gaps, and provide investment solutions and recommendations.
Manage and own the team’s portfolio proposal process, including creation of portfolio proposals and supporting client deliverables; present proposed solutions to clients.
Responsible for implementation of client proposals once approved and shepherd through the investment management process and lifecycle.
Manage opportunities in the company CRM and technology systems. Identify and create opportunities for new investment offerings and suitable clients; prepare and present investment offerings to clients and prospects with the Investment Department.
Leverage technology, team, and process to achieve sales results for the team.
Build and maintain professional reputation within the community as a leading advisor for UHNW individuals and families.

Effectively engage clients and build trust through delivering a strong value proposition.
Maintain strong interpersonal relationship skills with internal teammates and external clients.
Familiarity with Centura’s planning strategies for UHNW clients and understanding of how investment solutions integrate with tax planning strategies.
Help achieve team and personal annual goals for new business; track progress toward goals.
Follow Centura processes for managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce; work within a team of aligned professionals.
Stay informed about changes in taxation, regulation, legal, competitive, and technical areas impacting investments and financial services; seek new strategies to benefit clients and the firm.
Strong presentation and writing skills are essential.
Licensing & Education
Series 65/66 – Required
CFP or CFA designation – Preferred
CA Life Insurance License – Preferred
Experience
Proven track record of hitting sales quotas and growing AUM
Proficient with the following software programs:
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) – Required
Orion – Highly Preferred
Salesforce – Preferred
Brokerage Trading and Account Interfaces (e.g., Schwab Advisor Center, Fusion)
Market Databases and Analytics (e.g., Hidden Levers, Right Capital, Ycharts, Pitchbook)
