What You’ll Own
Wealth Management – Be the Financial Right Hand to Your Clients
Maintain client relationships you have transitioned to the firm as well as new accounts assigned directly to you. Ensure financial planning, portfolio management, investment strategy and cash management needs are met for accounts assigned to you by following the Presidio Proven Process.
Meet at preset frequencies with clients dealing with financial, investment and other concerns. Prepare and present Analysis, document meeting notes, prepare and forward post meeting recap to appropriate parties.
Leverage systems, process and software tools to effectively support the client relationship. Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and other tools to minimize manual and recurring efforts.
Team with Sr Wealth Managers in joint case work doing ad-hoc and advanced analysis on larger client accounts. Prepare financial plans, and component analysis for new clients to the firm. Assist in the preparation, analysis, delivery and execution of comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, cash flow analysis and risk management.
Participate in market development / new client activities to help bring ideal clients to the firm.
Own and update key client data, including Opportunities (AUM & FP), AUM Trade Cases in Salesforce.
Manage client agreements, financial planning documents, and essential paperwork with laser-like precision.
Assist with trading & portfolio management (Series 65 required) and account monitoring.
