Overview PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Strategic Accounts to lead cross-functional engagement across medical, market access, marketing, and sales teams in the hematology/oncology space. Reporting to the CEO, this role is pivotal to ensuring coordinated, consistent, and impactful account management with top-tier treatment centers, institutions, and KOLs.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Leadership

- Develop and execute the strategic account management framework to ensure seamless collaboration between medical, market access, commercial, and marketing functions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with cross-functional leadership to align messaging, resources, and engagement activities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Thought Leadership

- Strengthen relationships with top KOLs, academic centers, and community networks, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Performance & Execution

- Define and track KPIs for strategic accounts, ensuring impact is measurable across patient access, prescriber adoption, and perception metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, advanced degree strongly preferred

20+ years experience in hematology oncology, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role

Proven track record of strategic account management with the ability to drive collaboration across functions

Deep relationships with thought leaders and treatment networks (TLL experience a plus)

Strong understanding of US compliance regulations and requirements
