Position Summary & Description
A Board Eligible/Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist is sought to join an established cardiology practice in New Mexico, with opportunities to practice in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, or Espanola. The role offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities (depending on location), access to accredited diagnostic labs, and strong advanced practice provider (APP) support. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general cardiology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings (scope varies by location)
Share general cardiology call responsibilities with the team (varies by site; some locations offer no call)
Perform and interpret diagnostic studies in accredited echo, nuclear, and vascular labs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical and service standards (particularly in Santa Fe)
Key Skills
Strong clinical expertise in non-invasive cardiology
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
Educational & Other Requirements
MD or DO degree with completion of Cardiology fellowship
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology
Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico
Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
