Overview
A Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon is sought to provide general orthopedic care, with a preference for candidates experienced in anterior hip replacements. This position offers a balanced schedule, competitive compensation, relocation allowance, CME funding, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits from day one. The role combines surgical expertise with community outreach, serving patients in Espanola, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Perform general orthopedic surgical procedures (anterior hip replacement experience preferred) Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with block OR time and ½ day administrative time Provide outpatient care, managing 15–20 patients per day in clinic Participate in call coverage (no more than 10 days per month) Engage in community outreach and deliver patient-centered orthopedic care Key Skills

MD or DO degree with completion of Orthopedic Surgery residency Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico Strong patient care focus and motivation to grow a practice
