Responsibilities
Prepare supplies, equipment, and room for GI Lab procedures.
Handle specimens and clean/disinfect scopes and other equipment according to standards.
Troubleshoot equipment appropriately.
Demonstrate personal and professional effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross.
Certificate: Other certificates as required by unit/service.
Work Experience: One (1) year of patient care experience.
Special Requirements
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact).
Other Skills: Medical Terms, PC.
Work Schedule: Weekends, Holidays, Flexible, Overtime, On Call.
