Cover two NICUs in Las Cruces, NM Manage an average daily census of 2-10 babies Follow a round-and-go model, remaining on call for NNPs Option to rotate through Pediatrix level III or IV NICU in El Paso Supported by a strong team of experienced NNPs 24/7 Located in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) or Medically Underserved Area/Population (MUA/MUP) Very competitive salary with bonus potential Las Cruces, NM, is a vibrant city in the Mesilla Valley, surrounded by the Organ Mountains and the Rio Grande.
