Join Pediatrix Medical Group in beautiful Las Cruces, NM! The full-time opportunity involves covering two NICUs in Las Cruces, with the possibility to rotate through NICUs in El Paso, TX. Cover two NICUs in Las Cruces, NM Manage an average daily census of 2-10 babies Follow a round and go model, remaining on call for NNPs Option to rotate through Pediatrix level III or IV NICU in El Paso Supported by a strong team of experienced NNPs 24/7 Opportunity to work in a facility located in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) or Medically Underserved Area/Population (MUA/MUP) Very competitive salary with bonus potential About Las Cruces, NM
