About the Role
As Vice President, you will play a critical role in shaping company strategy, overseeing major projects, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a strong company culture that aligns with their values. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and increase profitability. Oversee operations across multiple projects and departments to ensure high-quality delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Lead and mentor senior management teams to drive performance and professional development. Manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Represent the company at industry events, business development activities, and community engagements. Qualifications
15+ years of leadership experience in the construction or related industry. Proven success in executive roles with responsibility for business development and operations. Strong knowledge of commercial, civil, or infrastructure construction markets, preferably in the Denver region. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
