General Manager(06766) - 3021 Woodland Hills Responsibilities

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same from your crew. Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Training and orientation with on‑the‑job training provided. Essential Functions / Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change; verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately perform tasks; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Environment & Physical Demands

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some areas; sudden changes in temperature; exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk-in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Sensory: talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments: ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make judgments. Physical demands include standing, walking on varied surfaces, occasional climbing of stairs or ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling, reaching, bending, crouching, and fine motor tasks (e.g., dough shaping, use of pizza peel, etc.). Delivery & Additional Roles

Deliver product by car to customers; deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to insured vehicle for delivery. Essential skills: navigational ability to read maps, read addresses within designated delivery area, and handle delivery to multi-story buildings and other sites. Driving and walking involved in delivery; may require climbing five or more flights of stairs during deliveries. Job Location
