Job Description: You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. Training orientation and on‑the‑job training provided. Responsibilities
Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler. Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, and adherence to standards. Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards; provide great customer service; ensure attendance and punctuality. Manage transportation to/from work and store cleanliness; assist with marketing and profitability as applicable. Essential Functions / Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Eye–hand coordination to perform rapid and precise movements; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Conditions & Physical Demands
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some areas. Sudden changes in temperature; exposure to fumes from food odors; cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler; hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying items, pushing/pulling, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, reaching, and fine hand tasks. Team and Delivery Roles
Delivery expert or store management duties: Deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Access to an insured vehicle for delivery; navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated area. Delivery activities may include carrying pizzas, sides, beverages, and multiple trips per shift; climbing stairs may be required. Additional Information
