As a Product Manager at ANB Bank, you will spearhead the development and implementation for our Application Programming Interfaces (API) product strategies that will drive efficiencies and enhance customer experience. This person should have the ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product from product planning, road mapping, understanding user needs to align stakeholders around the vision of the product. We're looking for a confident leader to join the team who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of product enhancements that will improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of products that are a main interface between IT and business units
Oversee the full API product lifecycle from API design to production
Define the vision and strategy for APIs based on market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities
Understand the technical details of the API and how it integrates with various systems
Create diagrams, flowcharts and other visual aids to assist in understanding the API
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation for developers
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the most value to the business
Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs to ensure proper usage and integration
Monitor production performance and gather feedback from users
Continuously update API utilization based on customer feedback, technological advancements, regulatory changes and market trends
Assess growth opportunities; review product specifications and identify areas for product growth
Drive execution of product lifecycle processes including research, planning, roadmap development, requirements, and launch
Gather and analyze information relevant to current and new products and services
Interact with employees, vendors and contractors to ensure policy compliance and quality of service
Assess current offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
Develop steps to ensure requirements are achieved and production timelines across departments
Provide leadership and strategic support for projects
Prepare short-term and long-term growth plans, reports and analyses
Maintain professional knowledge through learning and professional networks; ensure regulatory compliance (BSA and related banking regulations)
Maintain confidentiality and deliver quality of service
Support the bank's Mission, Vision, and Values

Education and/or Experience
4 - 6 years of related banking, IT or product management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation Hiring Pay Range:
$75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.
