We are recruiting for a
Vice President
to lead the accounting and finance function, overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and operations for a key segment of the business. The role partners with teams across finance and other functions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and a strong control environment. Responsibilities
Financial Oversight: Lead the accounting, analysis, and reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Close & Audit Processes: Manage monthly/quarterly close activities, review reconciliations, and prepare financial statements (including US GAAP disclosures) for audit review. Audit & Compliance: Coordinate the annual external audit, oversee internal controls and FINRA regulations, and review required regulatory filings (quarterly FINRA & biannual SIPC). Treasury & Cash Flow: Supervise cash flow management and treasury functions to maintain liquidity and financial strength. Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and develop accounting staff and work cross-functionally with teams across finance and operations. Strategic Projects: Provide ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership and proactively lead efficiency and automation initiatives to improve systems and processes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA strongly preferred) Proven ability to analyze complex financial information and solve problems effectively Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members Prior experience within asset management, wealth management, or a related financial services industry Hands-on experience with financial audits and regulatory filings (FINRA, SIPC, etc.) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, comfortable working independently and as part of a team Additional Details
