Overview
Labor & Employment Attorney - fully remote, no billable hours, plaintiff-side only. Permanent, fully remote position with no billable hours required, serving clients on the plaintiff side. Base pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of labor and employment-related matters. Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to develop case strategies. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal briefs. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Advocate for the rights of employees and labor unions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current labor and employment laws. Work collaboratively with our team to develop strategies for litigation. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel. Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Labor & Employment Attorney. Must be licensed to practice law in California. Proven experience with Hour or equivalent. Exceptional research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle a high volume of cases. Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to our clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fully remote environment.
