We are looking for a People Business Partner to join our People team in Lexington, MA. You will think strategically and provide daily support across all levels of engineering teams, partnering with engineering teams to enhance talent development and performance. What Youll Do

Strategic Advisor: Serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies and employee engagements Collaborate with senior leadership to build, develop, and execute people strategies through our next iteration of anticipated growth Coach and advise for best practices within the team Develop deep relationships and cultivate trust with all parts of the teams youre supporting Employee Relations: Provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct thorough investigations Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Advocate and resource in resolving key employee issues while balancing business needs Organizational Development: Lead design, implementation, and iteration of new people programs and improve current ones Help build and improve processes in a dynamic, high-growth phase Lead talent calibrations and compensation planning Utilize people metrics to drive insights and decisions around growth and retention Develop data-driven processes to attract, grow, and retain talent Required Qualifications

3+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with engineering client groups Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience Experience across multiple HR/People channels such as compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environments Clear, empathetic, and effective communicator; adjusts approach to differences in others Effective partner and coach to managers and leaders; delivers feedback and challenging information to build trust and collaboration Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence Data-driven and detail-oriented U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data Salary and Benefits $114,000 - $171,000 USD Competitive equity grants as part of total compensation Top-tier benefits including Platinum Healthcare Benefits; life insurance; generous PTO; caregiver & wellness leave; family planning and parenting support; mental health resources; professional development stipend; meals and provisions; commuter benefits; relocation assistance (where eligible); 401(k) plan The recruiter assigned to this role can share more information about compensation and benefits during the hiring process.
