Represent clients in employment law matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and workplace investigations. Provide proactive counseling on compliance, workplace policies, and dispute prevention. Manage legal strategy, case development, and settlement negotiations with precision and care. Conduct legal research, draft persuasive pleadings, and prepare for hearings and arbitrations. Partner with firm leadership and colleagues to strengthen the practice and expand client impact. What you bring
A genuine passion for employment law and advocating for fairness in the workplace. Demonstrated success in handling employment litigation or counseling matters. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Current active membership in the California Bar in good standing. Compensation and benefits
Total compensation includes a competitive base salary plus a robust bonus plan based on case success, with overall earnings ranging between $180,000 to $260,000+ and no cap on potential. Starting base salary is anticipated between $160,000 and $180,000+, depending on experience. Attorneys are eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to both individual and firm success. The firm provides health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid vacation, and professional development support.
