Technology Consulting – Managed Services – Microsoft Stack – Senior Manager Responsibilities
Lead delivery of Microsoft-based solutions including Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, Sales), Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform. Oversee service delivery operations, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations. Collaborate with clients to define digital transformation strategies and platform roadmaps. Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues and conduct regular governance reviews. Design scalable, secure, and integrated Microsoft solutions tailored to client needs. Drive automation, AI/ML, and analytics capabilities across Microsoft platforms. Lead platform upgrades, module deployments, and custom development initiatives. Ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO, and other service management standards. Manage global delivery teams and offshore resources to support 24/7 service operations. Implement governance models, operational playbooks, and continuous improvement frameworks. Monitor platform performance, incident resolution, and change management processes. Build and lead high-performing teams focused on Microsoft technologies and solutions. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Support recruiting, onboarding, and capability building across the Microsoft practice. Support go-to-market strategy for Microsoft services within EY’s Managed Services portfolio. Lead proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations. Develop and maintain partnerships with Microsoft to leverage programs, tools, and co-sell opportunities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Passion for digital innovation and enterprise transformation. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 12+ years of experience in Microsoft enterprise platforms and cloud services. Proven track record in managing full-cycle Microsoft implementations and operations. Strong understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. Experience in managed services or long-term service delivery models. Ideally, you’ll also have : Master’s degree or MBA. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Expert, Dynamics 365 certifications). Experience with industry-specific Microsoft solutions (e.g., manufacturing, financial services). Prior consulting experience with C-level stakeholder engagement. What We Offer You

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US of $151,500 to $346,000 (New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento): $181,800 to $393,200). Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Total Rewards includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off options. Hybrid model: most client-facing roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time over a project or year.
