Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE:
As the Bilingual (Spanish) Program Manager for the Apprenticeship Experience, you'll own and optimize every stage of the apprentice journey, from onboarding and mentor pairing to engagement, certification progress, and full integration into the business. You'll be the operational engine behind the program, ensuring a high-touch, high-impact experience for our apprentices and their mentors, backed by clear data, regular touchpoints, and continuous improvement.
This role blends program management, people experience, and analytics. You'll collaborate closely with field leadership, mentors, HR, and training teams to deliver a seamless, scalable apprenticeship program that builds the next of body technicians.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of apprentices from hire through certification
Manage and continuously refine onboarding, mentor matching, apprentice engagement, and milestone tracking
Develop standardized touchpoints (e.g., welcome calls, weekly check-ins, 30/60/90-day reviews)
Data Management & Continuous Improvement
Own the data tracking process for the STEP program; ensure accuracy and consistency across all sites
Build and maintain dashboards and report cards to visualize apprentice performance, mentor feedback, and program KPIs
Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program optimization
Relationship Building & Field Support
Partner with shop leaders, mentors, and Training/Development (TraDet) to ensure apprentices receive structured support
Facilitate mentor selection and provide tools/templates for effective mentoring
Lead structured apprentice feedback sessions and pulse surveys
Communication & Enablement
: Bilingual Spanish/English with professional working proficiency.
Able to conduct interviews, onboarding, and coaching conversations in Spanish.
Provide real-time interpretation during meetings/calls and translate brief materials.
Act as a central point of contact for all STEP-related program activity post hire
Develop and distribute program guides, checklists, and resource materials to ensure consistency across sites
Prepare and present regular updates on program outcomes, challenges, and next steps to leadership
Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in training, operations, or talent development
Strong understanding of data reporting tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives across multiple stakeholders and departments
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Experience in the collision repair industry or with technical/vocational programs is a plus
Skills
Operational mindset with attention to process and outcomes
Ability to simplify complex programs into scalable workflows
Comfort with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
Experience with apprentice or mentorship programs
Passion for developing others and making a long-term impact on the workforce

The Company offers the following compensation details for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates: Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $85,000.00/Yr.; Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $110,000.00/Yr.
