This role requires leadership, judgment, math skills and the ability to multitask. You will lead store operations and ensure the team delivers quality service. QUALIFICATIONS General job duties for all store team members: Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler Prepare product Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility daily Training Orientation and on-the-job training provided Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or by phone Essential Functions/Skills Ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately Make correct monetary change Verbal, writing and telephone skills for orders Eye-hand coordination for fast, precise movements Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen WORK CONDITIONS Exposures include varying weather, in-store temperatures from 36°F to 90°F+, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces up to 500°F+, sharp edges and moving parts. SENSING Talking and hearing on telephone Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks Depth perception Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces TEMPERAMENTS Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Including, but not limited to: Standing Walking (short distances) Lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed; cases up to 72" high Carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing as part of delivery and store tasks Reaching, stooping, bending, crouching and hand tasks as required during duties DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES Deliver product by car to customers and distribute promotional materials. REQUIRES Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to a vehicle for delivery ESSENTIAL SKILLS Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within delivery area; ability to navigate multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product PHYSICAL DEMANDS (Delivery) Carrying, driving, walking and climbing as part of delivery duties; multiple deliveries per shift WORK CONDITIONS (Delivery) Exposure to varying weather conditions during delivery and driving SENSING Visual abilities needed for driving (far and night vision) Job Location #J-18808-Ljbffr
