Senior Project Manager - Life Science / Healthcare Construction We are working in partnership with an ENR-Ranked Top 15 Design-Build General Contractor to assist the expansion of their Advanced Manufacturing division. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to be based in the Washington-DC Area with vast experience overseeing design-build Cleanroom/Advanced Manufacturing construction projects.

Qualifications Requirements:

Bachelor's or equivalent in a Construction or Engineering related degree.

7+ years of experience managing design-build construction projects for a General Contractor or Specialty Contractor.

Experience overseeing Advanced Manufacturing projects i.e. cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and battery plant construction.

Proven experience managing projects from inception through completion.

Ability to manage large-scale projects valued over $50 Million.

Ability to work on-site.
