General duties for all store team members Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler Prepare product Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete related paperwork Clean equipment and facility daily Training Orientation and on-the-job training provided Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential Functions/Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator acceptable) Make correct monetary change Verbal, written and telephone communication for orders Eye–hand coordination for fast, precise movements Enter orders using computer keyboard or touchscreen Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather, store temperatures from cool to hot, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges and moving parts. Sensing
