ABOUT THE JOB You were born to be the boss. Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers for a tough, responsible role that requires judgment, math and multitasking. You will oversee operations so that everyone on your shift—and the organization—performs at expected levels. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. Key responsibilities include: staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, operating to schedule, maintaining store image and standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability. ADVANCEMENT Many team members began as delivery drivers and progressed to roles such as general manager, franchisee or corporate operations. QUALIFICATIONS General job duties for all store team members include: Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Training: Orientation and on-the-job training provided. Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and give written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential Functions/Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; make correct monetary change; verbal, written and telephone communication; eye-hand coordination; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Work Conditions: Exposure to varying weather, in-store temperatures from 36 to 90+ degrees, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500+ degrees, sharp edges and moving parts. DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES Deliver product by car to customer, deliver flyers and door hangers. REQUIRES Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery. ESSENTIAL SKILLS Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area; ability to navigate multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Carrying: pizzas, beverages and other items while walking and climbing as required during delivery. Driving: deliver within a designated area; multiple deliveries per shift possible. Walking: travel between store, vehicle and customer location. Climbing: navigate stairs if required during delivery. WORK CONDITIONS Exposure to weather when delivering and driving; varying conditions. SENSING Far and night vision for driving. Job Location #J-18808-Ljbffr
