$125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. This includes managing all aspects of the general ledger, performing reconciliations, overseeing month-end close, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the general ledger. Prepare and post journal entries for complex business transactions and intercompany transactions, including equity, debt, acquisitions, and divestitures. Perform reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP. Ensure compliance with all internal controls and policies, as well as applicable laws and regulations. Implement, maintain, and improve accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems. Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; manage preparation and support of all external audits. Coordinate and direct the financial planning and budget process. Mentor, guide, and develop the accounting team for performance and career development. Collaborate with the senior management team to support overall department goals and objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. About the company
