Lead the annual home office and community-level budget process, partnering with regional leaders and department heads to develop accurate, data-driven plans. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for new projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, with forecasting and variance analysis. Provide detailed forecasting, liquidity tracking, and treasury reporting to maintain a strong financial position. Prepare dashboards and executive-level reporting materials; turn actuals and forecasts into compelling narratives for action. Collaborate across service areas (operations to development) to evaluate initiatives, identify trends, and spot cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality. Improve financial systems, processes, and tools to enhance visibility and efficiency. Serve as a financial thought partner across the organization to support strategic decision-making. Duties

Lead the annual home office and community-level budget process with regional leaders and department heads. Develop and maintain financial models for new projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. Provide forecasting and variance analysis for portfolio performance. Oversee cash management, including short-term forecasting and liquidity tracking. Assist in covenant compliance, debt reporting, and banking relationship support. Prepare financial dashboards and executive-level reporting materials. Partner with accounting on monthly and quarterly close to align actuals with forecasts. Support strategic decision-making by evaluating financial impact of initiatives and cost-saving opportunities. Improve financial systems and tools to enhance visibility and efficiency. Serve as a financial thought partner across the organization. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age. MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. 3–5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance. Industry experience in senior living, real estate, healthcare, or hospitality strongly preferred. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with budgeting and BI tools preferred. Strong understanding of GAAP, budgeting, and operational finance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving. Be of good character and maintain personal integrity. Be in good health; health screening by a physician within the specified timeframe prior to or after employment as applicable. Demonstrates freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis by a health screening within the specified timeframe prior to or after employment. Must be criminally cleared by a criminal background check. Must have a clean driving record as per the insurance carrier’s policy. Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate in person and in writing. This position is sedentary, requiring sitting at a desk for six to eight hours a day. The role may involve standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping for brief periods.
