Overview
The Department of Radiology at Stanford School of Medicine is searching for a full-time radiologist in Body/Abdominal Imaging. This faculty search is open rank and the appointment would be in the Clinician Educator Line, University Medical Line, or University Tenure Line. Qualifications
MD or MD/PhD or equivalent; board-certified in diagnostic radiology or equivalent; completed a formal fellowship in body or abdominal imaging or related sub-specialty; strong research productivity if applicable. Research can include body imaging, including clinical, translational, or basic science, as well as computational science and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities
Clinical interpretation of body CT, ultrasound, MRI, and fluoroscopy/plain film exams Ultrasound-guided biopsies Tumor boards Participation in the on-call service of the Department Education of medical students, residents, and body imaging fellows Significant research/scholarship commitment, if applicable Location and environment
Stanford University; Department of Radiology is expanding with opportunities in clinical divisions and translational sciences; co-located on campus with two hospitals and several new imaging centers. Compensation and benefits
Salary ranges by rank: Clinical Instructor $375,000-$381,000; Clinical Assistant Professor $390,000-$408,000; Clinical Associate Professor $423,000-$441,000; Clinical Professor $461,000-$479,000.
