Specialist Director, Transition and Lean Transformation at KPMG US. This role is part of the Managed Services practice within KPMG Advisory, focused on transition management and lean transformation initiatives for clients. Responsibilities

Accountable for management and execution of transition management and transition projects Provide support for project governance, planning, risk and issue tracking, status reporting, and operational readiness; work directly with stakeholders from KPMG and Client teams to plan and deliver on Management and Transition projects, leveraging Management and Transition Playbooks and related materials Participate in the development and enhancement of new solutions by providing Management and Transition requirements, and review solution designs with the engineering team; participate in pre-sales and sales processes by providing input to proposal materials Offer continuous improvement of Management and Transition processes; support process improvements and updates to Management and Transition frameworks and solution playbooks based on client experiences Responsible for an AI-first and value-driven mindset to identify lean transformation opportunities to standardize, automate, and innovate during transitions (and beyond) to enhance efficiency and scalability N avigate ambiguity and drive strategic outcomes with hands-on execution Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG\'s respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications

Minimum eight years of recent experience in project implementation, project and program management, with domain knowledge in financial services, cyber and cloud-based SaaS preferred Bachelor\'s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are preferred; CAPM and/or progress toward PMP certification Background in a client-facing environment, as well as technology or digital experience with a Big Four or equivalent is preferred Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing large-scale transitions across geographies, with experience in a global matrixed environment Understanding of shared services, managed services and outsourcing; exposure to digital transformation, automation, and analytics in BPO/KPO settings is preferred Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and work effectively at all levels Ability to travel as necessary Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Salary, Benefits and Compliance
