Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, calls, and events Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and presentations Act as a point of contact and liaison for internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Support team coordination, including meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications
