Overview Manning Personnel Group, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Vice President within a mission-driven healthcare organization that focuses on delivering high-quality care and driving innovation. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, calls, and events
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and presentations
Act as a point of contact and liaison for internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support team coordination, including meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups
Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications 3–5 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives, ideally within healthcare or a related industry
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard productivity tools
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
