We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive Zone & Co’s growth by acquiring net new clients and delivering revenue across a defined set of high-value prospects. You will proactively uncover opportunities in the fintech landscape, deliver tailored solutions, and build strong partnerships. You’ll lead the sales cycle with executive stakeholders and help clients solve challenges with our SaaS solutions. As the face of Zone & Co to prospective customers, you’ll build a sustainable pipeline, close new business, and help achieve ARR targets. If you’re sales-driven, competitive, client-focused, and adaptable—with ownership and accountability—you’ll fit in well. What you’d do

Consistently achieve and exceed ARR sales targets across multiple SaaS products. Proactively create, develop, and close net new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships. Lead the full sales cycle—from discovery to contract negotiations—ensuring a positive client experience. Target high-value prospects (revenues of $20M–$300M) and build relationships with finance leaders and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with Solution Consultants to deliver demos and align solutions to client needs. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, alliances, and services teams to accelerate growth. Use MEDDPICC qualification and value-based selling techniques to navigate complex sales cycles. Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene in Salesforce for clear visibility. Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and go-to-market strategy. What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of proven success in a net new SaaS sales role, consistently exceeding $2M+ ARR quotas. Experience selling to the Office of the CFO (billing, reporting, payroll, AP automation, procure-to-pay, or order-to-cash). Deep knowledge of strategic sales processes, including MEDDPICC. Strong track record of pipeline generation and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Background in the NetSuite ecosystem and selling into finance leadership is a plus. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly adaptable, competitive, and accountable with a sales-first mentality. Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and modern sales enablement tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Benefits
