Accountant

Responsibilities

Handle accounts payable entry and payments

Enter journal entries daily

Manage cash

Process journal entries weekly

Mail AP checks weekly

Complete monthly reconciliations of all Balance Sheet and Income accounts

Month End Close

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

1-3 years of accounting experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to book travel for senior members of the finance department

Approach all aspects of responsibilities with the highest level of discretion and integrity

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus

Salary: 80K-95K + Bonus and Perks
