Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable entry and payments
• Enter journal entries daily
• Manage cash
• Process journal entries weekly
• Mail AP checks weekly
• Complete monthly reconciliations of all Balance Sheet and Income accounts
• Month End Close

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to book travel for senior members of the finance department
• Approach all aspects of responsibilities with the highest level of discretion and integrity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus

Salary: 80K-95K + Bonus and Perks
